Inspired by the Berlin-based art collective Raubdruckerin (“pirate printer”), this workshop invites participants to explore the city as an open-air print studio. We’ll hit the streets to uncover the hidden design all around us — using metal surfaces as printing plates: on buildings, fire hydrants, manhole covers, and other unexpected textures.
Using eco-friendly inks and papers, we’ll follow spontaneous clues and intuition to create analog printed compositions that breathe new life into your creative process, stepping away from the usual tech-intensive grind. Each print becomes a unique artifact of the city, captured through tactile exploration and hands-on making with fellow creatives.
