Streaming Pass
The streaming pass includes livestreamed access to presentations on the Vancouver Playhouse Stage. Recordings of the presentations will be available for three months after the conference. Workshops, roundtables, the Supplier Showcase and Marketplace are not streamed or recorded due to their interactive nature.

* Professional Member Definition
A Member of the RGD in the category of Certified RGD, Associate RGD or Affiliate (paid/non-expired) at the time of the conference can access this rate.
** Group Non-Member Definition
Any one non-member attending DesignThinkers as a part of a group of 3 or more from the same company (Members may be part of the group) or a non-member employed by a non-profit or charity can access this rate.
*** Student Member Definition
A Member of the RGD in the category of Student RGD (paid/non-expired) at the time of the conference can access this rate.
Group Registration
The Group registration rate applies to a Non-Member attending DesignThinkers as a part of a group of 3 or more individuals from the same company or a Non-Member who works for a non-profit or charitable organization.

Cancellation & Refunds
A cancellation fee of $75 ($25 for students) is applied to a cancelled registration. No refunds for in-person registrations will be issued after April 28. In-person registrations can be exchanged for a virtual event registration until May 12 with the difference in price refunded. Substitutions are permitted until April 28. Please request substitutions in writing to: info@rgd.ca. Any registration transferred from an RGD Member to a Non-Member will be required to pay the difference from Member to Non-Member/Group rate.
In the unlikely event that the RGD is not able to proceed with DesignThinkers 2026 as an in-person event in Vancouver, your ticket will be transferred to the virtual event with a refund being provided for any difference in ticket prices. If you do not wish to attend the virtual conference, you will have 10 days from the date of the announcement to request a refund (minus a $75 admin fee).
